Return and Refund Policy – Tozzly

We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement or refund as per the terms below:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Toys damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
